Industrial Combustion Burner: Basics of "Industrial Burner"

Industrial Engineering involves creating products that maximize function, value, and appearance for professional manufacturers and consumers. Gas burner, Oil burner, or Coal burner is relate to a mechanical device that burns a gas or liquid fuel in a controlled manner. An oil burner (engine) is a steam engine that uses oil as its fuel. Gas burner , a piece of metal fitted to the end of a gas pipe, with one or more small holes so arranged as to spread out the flame. An oil burner is a part that join to an oil furnace, water heater, or boiler. A Low NOx burner is a type of burner that is typically used in utility boilers to produce steam and electricity. The burner is simply a hollow metal disk with holes punctured through its perimeter. And a gas pilot light or electric pilot sits to one side of the burner and sends a small flame or spark to ignite the oxygen-gas mixture as it flows through the holes in the burner. Industrial Gas burner is a device to generate a flame to heat up produ

SIDE STREAM FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR SYNTHETIC THERMIC FLUID

SIDE STREAM FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR SYNTHETIC THERMIC FLUID Hot Thermic Fluid Filter in side stream operation:   HEATRAN ENGINEERS  provides filtration systems that are extremely efficient for cleaning and maintaining the efficiency of heat transfer fluids or thermal hot oils. HEATRAN systems are for in-line side stream / in-system filtration. Our in house design of filter housings and SS Filter elements (Grade 304 stainless steel possesses “good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 870 °C and in continuous service to 925 °C”) suitable for the system fluid is proprietary and offers great flexibility and durability with re-usable filter elements to minimize the recurring expense on other type of elements and to enhance optimum cleaning of the Thermic fluid at elevated temperatures, since they can withstand system temperatures of up to 399°C. These elements have excellent dirt-holding capacity, are economical and reusable. HEATRAN housing design allow the self-cleaning capabil

HIGH PRESSURE GAS TRAIN Components | Industrial Products

A Typical Fuel Train or High Pressure Gas Train has several components, each with a specific purpose which is briefly explained below: Manual shut-off valve (MSOV) – the purpose of this valve is to shut off the fuel  supply so that maintenance or replacement of the fuel train may be done. Gas pressure regulator (PRV) – its purpose is to maintain the fuel at a constant  pressure as recommended by the burner manufacturer. Gas Filter – the function is to prevent foreign particle and extraneous impurities  entering Gas Pressure Regulator. Low pressure gas switch – senses a low pressure in the range where the burner  cannot properly operate. This switch must be equipped with safety lock-out requiring manual reset. This tells the operator to check the gas pressure, since the burner will not try to restart until the switch is reset. Safety shut-off valve (SSOV) – the first of two valves in series that automatically  opens and shuts off the fuel supply to the burner. On burners above 1200
